HP Laserjet 8000N
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i have grey shading that covers almost the whole page on our 8000N.  Any tips on how to resolve ?

Hate to state the obvious, but have you tried a different cartridge? After that, check the condition of the transfer roller and the static fingers in the paper path (just before the transfer roller, small brushes that stick up).

Hi repairatrooper, the new cartridge is on order...i cleaned the static roller, should i consider replacing that if new cartridge doesn't clean it up ? (do they still sell those !!)
