It's the fuser (damaged orange pressure roller).

 

Cheap part, but complicated to replace.

Sounds like you have some defect or contamination on the transfer belt, transfer or fuser rollers. Hard to say for sure where or what without pictures. Take out all of the toner cartridges and visually check the belt for any contamination or damage, as well as try to check thetransfer and fuser rollers for the same, however, checking the fuser rollers is quite difficult and usually can only be inspected by removing it from the printer. The fuser is typically the culprit and it would have to be replaced.

 

Most times it's due to labels being run through the printer and a label or pieces of it get stuck on the fuser rollers, but the fuser could also be worn out due to age or high print volume.
