HELP!

I was able to hook up my new printer to my computer but I can't successfully hook up my other two computers in my office. I downloaded the software on two computers and the only one that is printing is the one that is hooked up to the printer at the moment. I tried to print a test paper from the other computer that I downloaded software to but it is not printing.

@katethekat I have a few questions to understand the issue better and we could resolve the issue, accordingly:

How are you connected to the network, is it wired (ethernet) or wireless?

Have you ensured both the printer and the PC are connected to the same network? either on 2.4ghz or 5ghz.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

let me know how that pans out,

And the answer to the above question will help me, help you!

Keep me posted, and if any of the above questionnaires helped resolve the issue,

Mark this post as an "Accepted Solution".

Good luck.

If you are connected via USB you will need to share the printer on the first computer and then search for it on the others.
