Hi @KOTESHWAR,
Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are having issues adding your HP LaserJet printer to your computer running Windows 10. Don't worry I'll do my best to help you with this.
The WPS pin is generally provided by the network router and not by the printer. If you are not sure of the WPS PIN, I would suggest you contact your router manufacturer for further assistance.
Here are the detailed steps: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125, M126, M127, M177 Printers - Wireless Printer Setup
Alternatively, you can go through these links here:
HP Printers - USB Printer Setup (Windows)
HP Printers - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection
If the printer is connected to the network, then try a clean install to fix the issue. Here are the steps:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to the Run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
- Restart your computer.
- Now click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LES/M125/LJPro_MFP_M125-126_full_solution_15309.ex... to install the software.
- Select Wireless on the connection type window and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
