When trying to setup my HP 1102w for wireless printing through my Motorola router/modem the printer is unable to detect the network. The network light on the printer continues to flash blue indicating that it is searching for the network. I have other devices attached to the router and all are operating perfectly.
Any advise pertaining to this matter is greatly appeciated.
Thank you

Hey @cbs117,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are having some issues with connecting your Laserjet P1102w Printer to your wireless network. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:
- Turn the printer off.
- While the printer is powered off, remove the power cord from the back of the router for one minute.
- When the lights return on the router, turn the printer on.
Now if the blue light does not go solid, the next step is to run the HP Setup by clicking on the icon on your PC with a name similar to Laserjet P1100 series. If you do not have this icon, download the latest drivers by clicking on this link.
Please let me know if you are able to connect the printer after following the above. If you are, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
