Product: HP laserjet 2420DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, I have a paper jam can see the paper but it looks like I will have to dismantle the printer to get it out as the paper has locked with nothing to grab. Any one have any simpler solutions I would be grateful. Thanks.

Can you post a picture. Sounds like a fuser wrap and if that is the case, it is better to purchase a refurbished fuser on Ebay.
