I have a hp color laser jet pro printer model m252dw and the print quality is poor. When I do a printer self test it prints ok but when printing colors from my computer using window 10 it just is not the same as the picture. The problem happens when printing from two different computers. I have drived 5 different drivers that hp offers on there support page. HP say they will not support the printer if I do not use genuine hp toner. I am returning 8 toner cartridges of ink. I do not think it is the ink but may try hp ink because of no other explanation. I have tried compatibility mode with no improvement. Got any other idea?

First off, this is not a production machine and you will rarely get output that matches to your screen unless you get a custom color profile developed and have your printer and screen color matched. Program you are printing from can also have a huge impact on the color output. There are also driver settings that allow you to chose whether the computer or the printer handles color.
