Color LaserJet 2550n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After downloading and intalling current drivers, changing Duplex Unit (for 2-Sided Printing) from not installed to insalled, the printer will not print on two sides when Duplex option is selected in the Universal Print Driver or HP color LaserJet 2550 series (C62334) drivers.

Thanks, I finally upgraded to a new Dell Desktop with Windows 10 Professional and I will still have to keep Windows XP around to be able to use manual duplexing on my HP color LaserJet 2550. LOL

The above issue will definitely be a factor regarding product support when I buy a new printer.

That option in the driver is only for printers with auto duplex units installed. Your printer never had an auto duplex accessory and could only accomodate maual duplex with earlier operating systems. I do not think the manual duplex option was available after xp.
