Hello!
I recently cleaned the HP 2600n's opical box lenses. When I put it back together, the printer worked and then had a paper jam. I opened the printer's door to see where the paper jam came from and saw it was at the top. I pulled the paper down and closed the printer door. On the screen, it showed "Door Open". I then opened the door and closed it but the same error showed.
I turned off the printer and turned it back on. The screen was stuck on "Initailizing.." I left it on for an hour and saw no change on the screen.
I then tried a hard reset and power drain but it did not work. I also plugged it into wall socket but no luck there. I also tried to see if a firmware updated is needed but I believe the printer has the latest firmware. Nothing changed when I connected the printer to my computer.
I believe the warranty has also expired.
Please let me know if there is a way to fix the printer. Thank you!

As strange as it may seem, I would remove the back cover and reseat all the connections going to the dc controller. It is the board on the right side bottom when looking from the rear.

What to do if reseating all cables on the board didnt help?
It still has the same error Initializing, and rotating all engines inside... with both red and green lights blinking.
I would add that the printer has not been in use quite a while, around a year, but was working before that.
