HP 428fdn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I need some help. Several HP428FDN pieces are available. On average, 5 to 9 employees are connected to each of them. Each printer freezes at regular intervals every day, and rebooting the hardware helps.

During the suspended state, you can get to a web resource with the printer settings, but it does not respond to anything. Updated the firmware to 002_2014A the problem remained.

I provide the event log.

How are the users connecting to the device? The most common cause of communication issues these days is using a WSD port for the driver. If you are connecting users via network, configure the driver to use a standard TCP/IP port. The issue is that WSD ports often drop connection if the printer goes to sleep and do not reconnect when the printer wakes up. Also if there is an error such as a paper jam, the driver does not recognize that the jam has been cleared and the printer returned to ready state.

Your error logs shows paper jams (13), scanner error (30), adf error (31) and cartridge memory error (10).
