Product: HP COLOR LASERJET M451
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

   Has anyone received this error message:   ERROR MESSAGE "59.F0" Turn Off Then On 

 

  The printer is a HP COLOR LASERJET M451 .

That message is not listed for your printer. On most hp color printers it refers to an issue with the intermediate transfer belt. The first thing I would do is turn the printer off, open the toner tray and remove all the toners. Now turn on the printer without the toners and then when it asks install the toners and see what happens. If the same error, do a google search for the service manual for your printer and perhaps removing and reinstalling the transfer belt may solve the issue and if not, then replacement of the belt may be necessary.
