Product: MFP M477
Our printer gives the error message that there's a paper jam at the rear but the actual jam is at the exit roller and I can't pull the paper out. Any help would be appreciated. The photo shows where the paper is but even with tweezers it won't come out.I can see the paper but can't get to it.

These type of jams pretty much require you to remove the fuser to get the paper out which requires an extensive disassembly of the printer. Your best bet is to go to feedroller.com and purchase the service manual for the printer if you are going to take this on yourself.
