Product: HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5225 Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have issues right out of the box. I have a HP Color Laserjet CP5225N printer. It prints with a quarter of the page faded (bottom quarter), and sometimes has a "incorrect paper size" warning even though the correct paper size is in the correct tray and the correct paper is selected in the program printed from. I have reinstalled drivers, checked toner levels, swapped toners, printed test sheets (with same problem), and run printer through cleaning process. Any thoughts?

If this machine is still under warranty i would suggest to have it looked at by HP.They might be able to help with repairs or a replacement should there be a machine problem.Hope this helps.
