Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I had been receiving notices that I should purchase replacement toner soon, and I did. After several months, I noticed the print in black and all colors getting very light and changed all toner with genuine HP cartridges. The print did not get better and is so light it is almost not visible. I have followed the procedures in the manual to shake the toner, clean print heads, reinstall windows driver, and factory reset the printer. I have now spent a large sum of money on 4 new cartridges and still can't print. After owning nothing but HP printers since 1992, I am very disappointed that this printer only lasted 2 years and less than 1,900 pages.
