Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I purchased a HP Color Laser Jet pro MFP M277 PCL 6 product from one of HP Sales & Marketting shop in New Delhi. I begin to install the driver and when I start the Power ON to make sure the device is connected to my PC, after initializing it shows "Error Code 59.Co" the device screen. With this error code i begin to search online how to resolve the issue, i found so many steps and procedure. But following those guides, my problem is still unresolve...

Its the first time i make the power ON since my purchased, not even a single copy is done till date,Please help me to resolve my problem. Looking forward for your resolve ASAP.

Thanks

@Chullou

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting the error code 59.FO on HP MFP M277n printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Perform a hard reset on the printer.

  1. Turn the printer off and unplug the network and/or USB cables.

  2. Press and hold the power button for 60secs.

  3. If you are using a surge protector, remove it. Plug the product directly into the wall socket.

  4. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.

Return to place of purchase for refund or exchange. You should not have to repair a printer new out of the box.
