After allowing my HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdn to upgrade its software to 20190712, it no longer powers down on its own/goes to sleep. In fact, after 15 minutes, it reactivates and warms itself back up. The LCD screen now stays on indefinitely.
I've tried manually changing its inactivity time from 15 to 5 minutes.
At this point, I'd like to downgrade the firmware to whatever it originally had when I bought it a year or two ago. It was flawless.
As far as I can tell, the HP product support page no longer has an option prior to this 20190712 update.
Can someone help?

There was someone else recently that had a similar problem where their printer would wake up after it went to sleep. Turned out it was an issue with the fax option/card. Here's a link to the post:
