Dear all,
I tried to change Cyan ink, but there is an error:
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277n - "Incompatible <color> supply"
I read something about wrong registration of the printer and ink (can be ROW or EMEA). I have both of them, but does not matter which one I put inside, it shows me same error.
Any hints or idea?
Thank you in advance!
Jerko

@XTC-ETO Here's the solution to your concern, please follow the below steps:
-
Determine the zone in which the printer is physically located: EMEA or ROW.
-
Access the printer Event Log to identify the codes associated with the “incompatible supply” message. There are two errors that are specific to regionalized cartridges:
NOTE:
A “10.430x” or a “10.431x” message will be reported in the EWS Event Log and the printed event log found on the Service page. X indicates the specific cartridge: (0=Black, 1=Cyan, 2=Magenta, 3=Yellow).
Example: Error code 10.4301 means that the printer is regionalized for EMEA and the cartridge in question is Cyan.
-
10.430x – Printer is regionalized for EMEA.
-
10.431x – Printer is regionalized for ROW.
