Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot get our HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 to print in color. All settings show that the color setting is selected and the print preview shows the page in color. But all that comes out of the printer is black and white (or gray). I've removed the printer and reinstalled the HP drivers and still no luck. I also tried to print from a Macbook and had the same issue. All four color toners are in and have supply. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Clarification please: If you print the supplies status page from the control panel of the printer, is there color on the page?

I am not sure if the M476 has this function but you can check the embedded web server to see if there is a color access control tab. If you turn this on by mistake and do not add devices that you want to allow to print color, everything would be in black and white.
