HP Recommended

Having Same problem for months. Attacking it again with ZERO success. I have downloaded the file to USB then went through motions after I hit "print" and then the screen shows "Printing Started", I then hit "NO" and everything goes back as it was. 59.FO back on screen - No Updating or noise from printer. I am lost.  My driver is still the old driver. not the 15101. HELP
