HP Recommended
Product: CM 1312 nif MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Color LaserJet cm1312nfi mfp and it prints fine in black but nothing I can do can get it to print in colour. Would love a solution as I don't want to bin it as I have 10 cartridges

HP Recommended

Print Supplies Status from control panel see if printing color.

If it does then uninstall and reinstall printer driver.

If not then do Restore Default from control panel and after that you may need to caribrate one or two or three times.

Before doing that you may need to print out Configuration Page from control panel for resetting all settings including IP addresss and WiFi.
