HP Color Laserjet 2600n

I am getting these green and cyan smudges.    Anye ideas?  Thank you. dscn6403.JPG

Likely a bad yellow and magenta cartridge. Pull the cartridge out and look at the drum (blue/green roller) on the door side of the cartridge. If there is toner on it, then likely you have failed toner control in cartridges.

Looks like cartridge yellow/magenta problem. Try to change them. If you don´t have any solution, you can try clean ITB transfer. (this part bellow):

Some times it got so much powder and dirty the sheet.
