HP Color Laserjet m255dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new HP color Laserjet m255dw (printer only).  There are two wifi networks in my house.  When the printer arrived, I connected one of my laptops to the printer via wireless network #1, and it works beautifully.  Then I connected the printer to wireless network #2; on my laptop, I removed the printer from the control panel, switch to network #2 and re-added the printer.  Now, I cannot print any document from this laptop to the printer: it would show an error message saying "cannot print to the printer", and the document just stayed in the queue.  Strangely, from HP Smart I could print all the diagnostic documents (demo page, wireless network test page, etc.); also the Printer Doctor shows the printer is connected and operating normally.  All my other devices (other laptops, desktop, mobile devices) on wireless network #2 can print to the printer.  I've tried unplug/reboot the first laptop, printer, router #2, uninstall/reinstall printer driver, etc. but to no avail.  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

After a couple of days of intensive internet search and trial&error, plus lots of frustration along with it, I've finally found the solution myself: I just changed the port of the printer.  To do this, go to Settings - Devices - Printers & Scanners, click on the printer icon and select "Manage" then "Printer Properties"; click on "Add Port", then "Standard TCP/IP Port"; in the wizard window that opens up, type in the IP address of the wireless printer, then finish and close the wizard window; back in the Printer Properties window, check the box next to the newly created port, then click on "apply" or "OK", and it is all set.  Hope this would help anyone with a similar problem.
