HP Deskjet 3634

Hello,

 

I have successfully installed my HP Deskjet 3634 Printer to my MAC OSX10.9.5. The test page was printed and the HP Deskjet 3634 appears as the default printer. However, when I try to print something, my document appears in the printer queue, the printing loads, and then it says that my print has been completed and the document dissapears as if it was printed, although nothing happens and my printer doesn't react. My printer does not have an error message and has enough ink and paper. How can I fix this problem?

Good Day. Thanks for stopping by the support forums.  I reviewed the post regarding printing issues with the printer. Fabulous description and excellent troubleshooting were done by you. Great job! Kudos to you on that score. 🙂

For me to assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.

  • Did this happen after a software or operating system update?

For now please try all the prescribed steps mentioned below from this HP Printers - Print Jobs Stuck in Print Queue (Mac)link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3630-all-in-one-printer-series/7172306/model/8296174... and check if this resolves the issue.

Step 1: Check for error states and close scan apps

Step 4: Look for multiple printers with the same name

Step 5: Delete the existing print queue and add the printer

Step 6: Reset the printer

Step 7: Reset the print system and then add the HP printer and not Apple Airprint. This should do the trick for you.

Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient, please. Please note that I am not overloading you with a lot of troubleshooting steps. Instead,
