Hi,

The solutions offered will not work as the touchscreen is blank. Have tried all suggested solutions and none work. I called Support and they were not able to assist either, told me the unit had gone bad and I needed to purchase another printer.

Yes, if the printer is defective and out of warranty.

You will might have to buy a new one.

I hope that helps.

Whether out of warranty or not, should be able to purchase replacement part. Just an FYI, this printer was not used enough from time of purchase for the touchscreen to go out. This could be seen as I am an Instant Ink customer.

Thanks for the feedback.
