Product: Dell Inspiron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My operating system is Windows 10.  The new HP Envy Photo 6255 software is  installed, cartridges are in place, the printer is plugged in, and the power is on. Problem : it doesn't respond to the print command in Microsoft Office 2010  or Paint. It will print in Adobe  Photoshop Elements. What is the problem?

P.S. It is set as the default printer.
