Appreciate you trying those steps. Let's try resetting the printer. 

 

I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform an NVRAM reset. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

1. At the control panel, press the OK button to open the menus. 2. Open the following menus: ● Service ● Restore Defaults The product automatically restarts.

59.C0 is a  physical  mechanical problem which you have to take everything apart to get to the place where you need to fix  it.

You can not expect to solve it by just reset something from panel or somewhere.
