Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

I have an HP LJ P2055dn printer. It is getting stuck in initializing stage. And there is no error code on the Printer display. Printer display is showing initializing….

I can’t able to identify the problem.

 

Please help me to identify the issue.

HP Recommended

First try Engine test:

 If Engine test works next step is NVRAM initialization:
