HP LaserJet 1020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a old HP LaserJet 1020 and the problem is when I try to print something the paper comes out dirty and with duplicate content. I tried to clean the fuse, the rollers inside. I did the recommended steps here: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c00599279  but no luck. I attached some pictures

Have you tried a different cartridge? If yes and you still get the defect then the fuser is really the only other source this problem. If you cleaned the fuser and still get the defect then either the heating element or the Teflon coating has failed and the solution is to replace the Fuser.
