Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody, I need your help with very old printer. It's HP LaserJet 1022n.  Initially I had an issue with access to the settings through the Web brouser. I didn't remember admin password and desided to reset printers settings to the defualt. Just after that I defined that printer IP address has been reseted to 0.0.0.0 also. Now I ca't get access to the printer in principle. Please help 🙂

Do a Cold Reset to see if it helps.

With the network cable plugged in power off 1022n then keep pressing down both go & cancel buttons at the same time then power on........

Waiting for its finishing and waiting for another 10 seconds more, then press the green go button it will printout the configuration page. Check on it the IP address will be at the top right side of the page, if it is still 0.0.0.0 then do it again.

If there is IP add. it's under DHCP mode you can change it into static mode from brower by keyin the IP add.
