Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Issue:

My printer worked like a dream, often printing 60+ copies of the same file in one go, until my OS updated to the newest version of Microsoft 10 yesterday (11/20/17).

Oddly enough, the OS was already a version of Microsoft 10 and the update wasn't drastic. With that said, the printer now only will print 1 copy of a file, even when selecting multiple copies.

I checked online for driver updates, but the most recent driver update file is from 2015.

I also looked into the forums for similar issues, but most of the solutions involve either updating the driver, or activating the 'mopier' setting. I checked my printer settings, but my printer has that setting active.

Does anyone have any solutions to this headache ?

My productivity is shot if I can't get this fixed.

Thanks!

I'd say that you need to set the Mopier Mode setting to Disabled
