I printed one document this morning just fine. I tried to print another one, and nothing  happened, even though when I opened the print window, it said that the job had been completed - -100%.

I tried manually reinstalling the latest printer driver software and got a message that this was successful, but my documents still aren't printing.

The little light on the top panel blinks, showing that the content is being loaded to the printer, but still no results.

Please help!

Thanks,

Susan

Hi Susan,

Reboot your router by unpluggin its power for a moment, then allow it 3 minutes to restart.

Now reboot both the Mac and the printer and try printing again.

May you see any difference?

Yes, ShlomiL, rebooting my Mac and printer fixed it.

Oops - I spoke too soon.

Rebooting my Mac and my printer fixed the problem briefly, and then it came back. I rebooted again, and it fixed the problem -- until it didn't.

ShlomiL or anyone else, can you give me further assistance?

Thanks,

Susan
