Hi
While booting my LaserJet 4302dn the error screen with Error F0.01.01.06 is showing - no way to open a menu or other action. Only restart the printer and then the same error.
While try to access the embedded web server I see another failure from nginx: an error occurred. no chance to update the Firmware with the Version 6.17.2.2-202312091658.
Who know to access the printers boot menu to access boot from usb?

Hi @LastWolf
It seems you are experiencing a firmware issue with your HP LaserJet 4302dn printer, indicated by the Error F0.01.01.06. Normally, accessing the printer’s boot menu for recovery or firmware update purposes can be done via certain procedures outlined by HP. However, accessing the printer's pre-boot menu often requires specific steps:
Initiate Pre-Boot Menu:
Turn off the printer.
Turn it on, and as soon as you see the HP logo with a 1/8 displayed at the bottom, touch the middle of the screen (or press a specific sequence depending on the model) to access the Pre-Boot menu.
Access Safe Mode or Update Mode:
Once in the Pre-Boot menu, navigate using arrow buttons or touch interface to find options such as "Administrator", "Update", or "Emergency FW Recovery".
From there, choose to boot from USB if the option is available, which may involve inserting a USB drive prepared with the firmware update.
Ensure Correct Firmware is Used:
Download the correct firmware file from HP’s official support website for your specific model if you haven't.
Ensure the firmware file is in the correct format and placed in the root directory of the USB drive.
Use USB to Update Firmware:
Connect the USB drive with the firmware file to the printer.
Follow any prompts or menus to proceed with the firmware update.
