1. You might have to contact HP directly for this information.  I did some searching around but could not find the specific model number that is compatible with your printer model.  

 

Closest thing I could find was this:

2. It sounds like you are asking about HP WebJet Admin.  We use WebJet Admin for general fleet maintenance, page counts, policy creation and reporting.  It is cross comatible with other brands like your canon but some features may not work correctly.
