LaserJet M1212nf MFP Printer
Microsoft Windows Vista

I'm having a problem with my printer. It isn't printing on the left side of the page. I've checked the toner cartridge (it still has toner), printed the cleaning page 3 times, printed the test page 3 times, printed the config page and other sample pages all with the same result. I had a baggie that got stuck but parts of it came out when running these pages. If there's any still stuck in there I can't see it. Is there an easy way to take apart the printer to get to the orange roller to see if there's something stuck to it that's preventing printing?

Thanks,

Barb

I posted on your last post, if you go to feedroller.com you can purchase an electronic version of the service manual for this printer which will show you how to take it apart. It will be a 1210 manual but it will be the same disassembly instructions.
