HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP stuck at Initializing screen.

HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP has been stuck at Initializing screen.  I have tried some troubleshooting suggestion through the forums but still not working.

I have done:

Disconnected the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.

Disconnected any other cables if connected the printer.

Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.

Power on the printer and hit Right Arrow And X (Cancel button above copy button) until it says permanent storage initialize. Nothing happens afterwards.

Not sure how to do the NVRAM reset.

We recommend you attempt to upgrade the printer firmware: click here for details.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information: Click here to know how the private message function works.

If after your doing NVRAM still get stuck at Initializing screen then you have a bad formatter needed to be replaced.

But before replacing it you can try to bake it in the oven. No joke, really bake it.

Google bake formatter on Youtube there're many of them.

I have the same issue Initializing.... and I 'll try to update firmware.  But I cannot do the first step, so I cannot find current firmware. There is no INFORMATION or CONFIGURATION/STATUS on the main Menu? 

I have Win 10 and HP Laserjet M1212ng MFP.

Step one: Print a configuration page

To determine the current firmware level and obtain the IP address, print a configuration page.

1. On the printer control panel, select the Administration icon or the Menu button.
2. Select INFORMATION.
3. On MFP models, open the CONFIGURATION/STATUS PAGES menu.
