I have two printers in a building both same model, im not sure when but was told that one day the scan to email options on one printer disapeared from the display pannel. I have search both printer IP addesses and the settings are basically identical. I have tried updating firmware and have been on the phone with HP for several hours trying to trouble shoot... I dont understand why one printer would have the option and one printers option stopped appearing. Is there anything else i can do or i have missed maybe?

No idea as to why the web page does not load fully. Only suggestion I can make is do a google search for the service manual and then do a NVRAM reset of the unit. Keep in mind any and all settings for everything will return to factory default and will have to be setup again for scan to folder, scan to email, etc. IP address will need to be set again, etc. If you had an address book it will be gone, however, if the other machine has one you can copy the contents so it can be used in the reset machine.

You need to access the web browser as an administrator for the printer having the issue and make sure the scan to email option has been activated and correct settings have been entered. To get the correct settings access the web page of the printer that is working as adminstrator and check out the settings.
