I usually need to print large documents, usually over 200 pages.  This has never been a problem in the past.  The printer has started, in the middle of the print job, there will be a random blank page.  What is most frustrating is the blank page will be in the place of what should be a printed page, so that page will be missing.  I will have to go back and individually print the missing pages, and this happens maybe every 15 pages or so.

Some things I have done to try to troubleshoot:

I deleted the printer and re-installed the software.

I bought a brand new ink cartridge, HP brand.

I tried the best quality paper available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen cases where a misfeed will produce this behavior. How does the pickup roller look in the printer. It should have small fingerprint ridges on it and be free of paper dust. If it is smooth or dirty, clean or replace. A good first step.
