I have the  problem, I'm running Windows 10 pro, I have the printer setup wirelessly, the connection is fine, it prints a page, then goes into about 1 minute cleaning cycle, which times out with a DEVICE ERROR PRESS OK TO CONTINUE, it will then print the next page and repeat the whole thing again, a 30-50 second delay while it cleans and times out then gives the device error press ok to continue, if you press the red ? that doesn't give any help, says to try turing off the machine, which is just more time waiting to print your job.

About the paper jam, I found that I had to remove the paper tray and remove the jammed paper from below the printer, there was also a page that was in the rear door area.

I have tried removing all toner cartridges, and turned the printer on its side so I could inspect the rear paper feed area to see if there was any torn paper stuck in any of the pathway area, and looked in the rear door area and then reinstalled all of the toner cartridges.

my suspition is that there is something telling a sensor that the machine needs to be cleaned such as a torn piece of paper or something like that, but I can't see anything.

I looked at the event log and it says 41.2000 Beam Detect Malfunction.

It has no trouble picking up the paper after it times out for the next page.

so identifying the problem helps, now to find out what the beam is.
