ood day!
There was a problem with the MFP, it stopped scanning, the indicator on the panel lights up orange. After turning it off / on, it displays a scanner error 22, and the orange indicator on the panel continues to light up. The actions proposed for this link https://support.hp.com/kz-ru/document/c03766394 did not help.
Tell me how to solve this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet. If the issue still persists, let's try a reset on the Printer, for which I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
