Hi
I have problem with connecting my printer. I was trying to all advices found here:
- Restart the computer, printer, and router.
- Check the network and printer connection status.
- Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Temporarily disable firewall software on the computer.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the HP driver and software.
I did all of that but still my printer can't found any network, router or even a hot spot from my smartphone. I Was trying to write SSID but stil it didnt foud anything.
I printed device configuration thats what I got
Please help me, I dont know if it is a defect or some different problem

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP LaserJet Pro M12w wherein it does not connect to your wi-fi network.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
I suggest that you restore the printer to its factory defaults and then set up the printer on the wireless network.

Now I suggest that you follow the steps in the link set up the unit on the Wi-Fi network: Wireless Printer Setup (Windows)
