Hello

I have connected more than 10 hp laserjet pro 402dne printers on my network with static IP's all printer conneected through WSD Port all work pretty fine but whenever an error occur on printers side such as paper paper not present then after we resolve issue but printer doesnt pick paper until goes to system and restart printer spooler which kind of problematic for me.

I can access my printer through IP with Web Interfacing where i see an Option Out of Paper Action which may help me but how? Any query or explaination not present any where about this option. And not even web interfacing

Kindly guide me in this regard or other option you all may have know

Change from the WSD port to a standard TCP/IP port for better communication reliability.
