HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw Printer will not boot up past HP logo screen. It will display logo screen, then blank (white) screen, then logo screen. I am plugged directly into wall outlet. Can only connect by WiFi when the printer is working. How to make printer work?

@Aukai Welcome to HP Community!
I have read your post and understand that the printer is not finishing the initialization.
I recommend you to follow the steps from the link below and check if that helps you fix the issue.

I hope that answers the question. Feel free to share more.

I followed Step 1 to reset the printer. Nothing has changed. I do not get to the "initialization screen." I do not have access to the printer control panel to do anything, let alone print a Configuration Report or change the Default Paper Size setting. So, I am still looking for a solution. The photos below show the alternating display on the control panel when trying to start the printer.

Updating the firm ware requires that the printer is connected to the computer, is powered on, is not in use, and is not in an error state. This printer does not boot up and, therefore, cannot connect to the computer, and is in an error state. How is it that you propose I update the firm ware in these circumstances?
As for this proposal:
"Please perform the below steps and check.
Note: NVRAM resets will erase all user settings, wireless settings, fax headers, Fax Speed dial numbers.
1. For Printer that has Touch control panel
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the lower right quadrant of the touchscreen, keep the quadrant depressed as you turn the product on.
3. When the ‘Permanent Storage Init.’ Message appears on the display, release the button."
This exercise resulted in no change.
I am still looking for a solution.
Regards,
Ken
