My HP has no password set according to the network summary page. Can you send me the information to set it?

I was able to get into the EWS configuration and put a password in.  When I did I was locked out because it asked for a usernaame and I did not create one.  Is there a way to reset to factory defaults without using the control panel as it is locked.  Or can I determine the username since I did not set one?  I'm stuck!!
