My USB connection works well for printing. I'm just trying to setup wireless printing.
I have tried every single method on:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02847467
and none of them worked.
With WPS, the blue light turned solid, but when I tried to add printer under printers & scanners, nothing would show up.
With Apple Extreme Router, when I opened the Airport Utility, there was no Manual Setup option for me.
With USB connection, I went to HTMLConfig, and after I updated all the information and hit apply, it always just shows error message and I couldn't proceed.
With Airprint, after I downloaded the firmware, I saw this when I double clicked the dmg file and it says can't be opened.

I see from the post you are having issues connecting your HP LaserJet Printer to the network. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you recently made any changes on the printer before the issue started?
Have you checked the router network settings as this printer support only 2.4GHz. If your router support 5GHz then you would need to change it to 2.4GHz and try.
Have you tried to change the frequency on the printer - either 1, 6, 11 or vice-versa
Did you check if the printer is connected to the same network?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Try performing a network power drain to fix this issue. To perform a power drain follow the steps below:
Turn off all the devices connected on your network including the PC, Smartphones, printer, modem (if present) and router. Make sure all the devices in the network are turned off / unplugged.
Wait for 2-3 minutes.
Now turn on the modem if present. Wait till all the lights are steady and idle.
Then turn on the router. Again wait for a couple of minutes so that the lights are all steady.
Then turn on the printer and other devices and try printing.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you remove the printer from the queue and add it as a Airprint.

Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, and then do one of the following steps.

If your printer is listed, remove and re-add the printer to confirm it is set up for AirPrint. Click the printer name, click the minus sign
to delete the printer, click the plus sign
, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name and then continue to the next step.

If your printer is not listed, click the plus sign, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the name of your printer, and then continue to the next step.

If your printer is not listed in the Add Printer or Scanner window, go to the Frequently asked questions in this document to resolve connection issues, try to add the printer again, and then continue to the next step.

Confirm AirPrint or Secure AirPrint displays in the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.

Open a document or photo, click File, and then click Print.
If the issue persists, let's try to assign a static IP address to the printer:
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
- Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
- Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
- Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
- Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
- Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
