Hello all,
We got a new printer in the office and it refuses to print from both sides. So far, I've done the following:
- Installed every different driver from HP for M607
- Turned on automatic duplexing
- Changed every setting in printing preferences to print duplex
After doing all of these things, it still won't print duplex! Does anyone have any ideas as to why? I'd appreciate any help.

Did you order the M607n (K0Q14A) or the M607dn (K0Q15A)? You can find the specific model number by running the configuration report and looking at the top left of the first page of the report, or by looking on the back door of the printer. Is the printer prompting you to load the paper in tray 1 (the bypass tray) when you attempt to duplex? I know that is a basic question, but I have had customers order the N model instead of the DN thinking they could auto duplex from it.
