Product: HP LaserJet flow MFP M830

I have issue with my HP LaserJet flow MFP M830 when am trying to access the web interface it keep asking for username and password i tried all combinations even i did restore fectory settiog and still not working, can any one help on this please?

Is the printer on a network where you have a server. If it is that would indicate a password was setup using hp web jet admin software and the password resides within the software and is associated with the MAC address of the printer. Suggest you obtain a crossover cable and connect the printer directly using ethernet between a laptop and the printer bypassing the network and see if you can now access the web interface. If you can that will confirm the password being external to the printer.
