Hello HPMN1127,
Is there any products or devices that I can use. Or is there away to get the printer to work with a Windows 10 Pro. The system is a HP desktop, I5-7400 cpu, ram 12 gb, 64 bit system. I tried a firware update for the printer, I tried pcl5 and pcl6 dowloads. It only shows the printer a scanner. Can you help?

Most all newer models now have a network card that allows the machines to be networked. Some even wirelessly. As far as products for turning that machine into a network device, I don't think so, as it's an old model.
What I would do is the following;
1- Remove the USB cable from the printer > Delete whatever drivers you have attempted to download for this machine.
2- Under the "start" menu, go to "services"
3- Scroll down to "print spooler" > right click and select "restart". > close out of this window
4- Go to the "start" menu, go into "device manager" > go down to "Universal Serial Bus Controller" > right click and select "Scan for hardware changes".
5- Get a network connection
6- Once connected on a network try plugging the USB cable back into your computer/printer.
7 - Go into printers and scanners and give it a few minutes to see if the driver reinstalls properly.
If not try going into "device manager" one more time > go to "Universal Serial Bus Controller" one more time > and right click > Scan for hardware changes one more time.
If still no luck, I would just try another USB slot on the computer, or a computer restart.
If no luck after that, it could be the Windows 10 Pro doesn't have the same USB capabilities as the older printer and may be out of luck..
Hope this helps
