Good evening:
I have a printer HP Laserjet M1120 MFP Series (not the M1120n), and I put it on next to the router. I connected the printer via USB Type B to the router directly, but I can't find an IP address for it.
I am trying to search the printer, even in the network, and I cannot find it.
My idea is to print via (print server) for every computer connected to the network, but I can't find it.
Solutions, please?

Hi,
This is something to check with your Print Server (a Router with a USB port for a printer equals a Print Server) support, it has nothing much to do with the printer.
As the printer only provide USB capabilities it does not have any IP Address, the print server allows sharing a printer and the IP depends on the print server configuration.
I would also suggest checking your printer server capabilities with its provider, for my experience many Print Servers only support printers using the PCL interface language and not HostBased printers such as the M1120 model.
Regards,
Shlomi
