HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am having a big problem with my HP Laserjet P1102.  It has been giving me an error message/"error state" every time I try to print a document (whether a Word document, google document, from an email, etc.), and it refuses to print.

I have tried with two different laptops and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer on both laptops, but the problem continues. I tried the HP print/scan doctor, but it could not even connect with my printer (though it is plugged in with a USB and powered on).  I've done the Windows 10 troubleshooting as well, all to no avail.

I rely on this printer for my job (teacher), and as we just bought this printer last year, I really don't want to have to throw it out and buy yet another one so soon.

Thank you for your valuable assistance!
