Laserjet P1102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laserjet P1102W on Windows 10.  Printed fine with old cartridge.  Installed new HP compatible printer cartridge.   One document prints ok but the second document will not print.  Printer queue says "Attention Required".  When I am trying to print from Excel or Word, I see "User Intervention" after the printer name.  If I reboot my PC and unplug/replug the printer, one more page will print.

After I updated my firmware, the cartridge issue is solved.  Thank you for your help!

It sounds like the new toner cartridge is defective and not being read by the printer correctly. I have seen that before. You'd have to replace the toner cartridge with another new one and contact the seller of the bad one to get a refund or replacement.
